Open Source 3D Printer

I have wanted a faster printer than my Prusa Mk3s printer for a while now. The speed at which I have been able to work has been capped by how fast my printer can make parts. When I made the pellet elevator for my tube display, I went through more than 15 iterations. Each one of these prints took ~3 hours and only after testing them could I adjust it and test again. The V2.4 (printer model) can print significantly faster than the Prusa with the same print quality. There are a few reasons for this.

Comparison

Until having to work on the Voron, I had not realized how user-friendly the Prusa really was. I have worked with inconsistent and reliable printers before, but had forgotten what it was like. I kept returning to the Voron finding that prints had failed, then would have to spend time debugging. For the Prusa, I hit print and it rarely fails. When it does, it is usually due to a trivial failure on my part.

I have been printing on the Voron reliably for a few months.
